TELUGU FILM CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HYDERABAD• ALLU RAMALINGAIAH GUEST WING

  • 1). Accommodation provided strictly for MEMBERS ONLY on 'First Come — First Serve' basis.
  • 2). Full payment in advance for the proposed stay.
  • 3). Payment other than room rent like Coffee, Tea, Telephone, Dhobi, etc., if any, should be paid in cash.
  • 4). Damage or loss of any article belonging to the Film Chamber in the Guest Room during occupancy to be compensated by the Member at the time of check-out.
  • 5).Cancellation of booking, if any, should be atleast ONE DAY in advance to accommodate others in need. Cancellation of booking within 24 hours from the time proposed for occupation attracts Cancellation charges at 25% of the tariff per day / per room.
  • 6). PLAYING CARDS IN THE GUEST WING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • 7). Check out time — 24 hours. Grace time for check-out shall be only two hours — beyond that it will be treated as full day.
  • 8). Only one additional Member will be allowed over above the stay of Two Members and the charges for such additional Member will be Rs.300/- per day.
  • 9). Room Service / All Services will not be available AFTER 11.00 P.M.
  • 10). All the rooms in the guest wing are kept reserved for the day of EC meetings and Members who stay beyond 24 hours become chargeable. Similarly all the guest wing rooms are kept open for common use of all the Members on the day of General Body meetings.
  • 11). THE CHAMBER SHALL NOT UNDERTAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS OF CASH OR ANY OTHER VALUABLES BY THE MEMBER DURING THE OCCUPANCY OF THE ROOM IN GUEST WING.
  • 12). 50% concession on Guest Wing Tariff to Members of Vijayawada Town Exhibitors Association and East Godavari District Cine Exhibitors Association.
    • a) Only for one room at a time on first come — first serve basis, that too for two days in a month and full charges for the additional stay.
    • b) Strictly subject to producing of a letter by the Member from the respective Dist., / Town Association signed by the President / Secretary only.
    • c) Such facility is restricted only to the Proprietor / Managing Partners / Partners.
    • d) No 50% concession is allowed to the Member over & above the stay of two Members availing concession facility in the tariff.
  • 13). The Members should be given preference in allotment of accommodation.
  • 14). In the case of guest, a letter obtained from the Member has to be furnished or other-wise, the Member personally may sign in the Register.
  • 15). In the case of the Film Producers, for story sitting or accommodation requirement for technical staff engaged by them, room / suite may be allotted as per their requirement.
  • 16). In the case of accommodation requirement of Office Managers of Members of 4 (four) Sectors, on each occasion they should bring letter indicating purpose of their visit duly signed by the Member only.
  • 17). Ladies are not allowed. However, in case of Members coming with family they should carry Aadhar Card or Voters I.D. Card to avoid complications, if any arise afterwards and the Receptionist should inform the office and obtain permission.
  • 18).The accommodation in the Guest Wing is restricted to a maximum three (3) days only per month.
  • 19). Any misbehaviour or deficiency in service of Guest Wing staff and house keeping room service boys may be brought to the notice of Manager in writing in the guest wing complaint, suggestion.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE MEMBERS

  • 1). THERE ISABNORMAL ESCALATION IN THE USAGE OF POWER RESULTING
    • IN HIGH BILLS WHICH IS COSTING ON THE FILM CHAMBER.
  • 2) MEMBERS ARE AWARE THAT THERE ARE POWER CUTS AND RESTRICTION ON CONSUMPTION WITHIN THE GIVEN LOAD TO THE FILM CHAMBER.
  • 3. DURING THE POWER CUT HOURS, EFFORTS ARE BEING MADE TO ARRANGE SUPPLY TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE WITH GENERA-TOR. MEMBERS ARE ADVISED TO USE FANS INSTEAD OF AC DUR-ING POWER CUT TIME.
  • 4)MEMBERS ARE ADVISED TO MINIMIZE THEIR POWER USAGE OF FAN, LIGHT WHEREVER NECESSARY AND SWITCH OFF REST OF THE LIGHTS II AND FANS WHICH ARE NOT REQUIRED.
  • 4. POWER SUPPLY TO GEYSERS WILL BE ARRANGED BETWEEN 5:00 AM TO 10:00 AM.
  • 5. MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO COOPERATE IN RESTRICTION OF NC. USAGE KEEPING IN VIEW OF LOW SHEDDING.
  • 6. ROOM SERVICE / ALL SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER 11:00 PM. LIGHTS IN THE CORRIDORS WILL BE SWITCHED OFF BY 11:00 PM.
MEMBERS ARE ADVICE TO SWITCH OFF POWER SUPPLY TO THE ROOM WHENEVER THEY GO OUT.
